Title: Associate Producer

Job Duties: Source, create and produce quick turn-around social videos and trending, viral stories with compelling, shareable content for a range of platforms and audiences, including social media, broadcast, in-flight etc. with the highest impact for the end user. Produce unique and compelling original content with celebrity and charity clients to support fundraising campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and Photoshop). Provide innovative solutions in mining, collecting and aggregating data from distribution platforms and monitor video KPI's. Collaborate with clients to devise creative solutions for a variety of video projects. Direct creative, concept, copy-writing, narrative development, design, and live action activities for campaigns and support multimedia projects. Lead custom video content development using FS7, A7S or DSLR. Contribute to ideation, scripting, pre-production, production/shooting, post-production, and finishing processes using FS7, A7S or DSLR and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and Photoshop). Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and oversee mock creation. Work closely with Project Managers and Producers to keep projects on budget and on schedule. Create and implement video best practices and best user experience practices.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Film or Video Studies and 24 months related experience as a Graphic Designer or a related position within the Marketing/Advertising field, to include using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and Photoshop) and charity and/or non-profit clients.
